0000013: Frontend upload problems when the allowed filetypes list included spaces

Description

When change in the config the values for allowed upload filetypes and he write between the values a space (e.g. zip, rar, jpg, jpeg) the upload will not work.
When the list is correct set (e.g. zip,rar,jpg,jpeg) all is OK.
