0000043: Missing file - /images/jdownloads/screenshots/thumbnails/No

Description

When editing download in the backend, if the option "Please select picture on server" is set to "No picture select", jDownload tries to load the above missing picture file.

Should amend the code to either no load any file, or load a transparent 1x1 image.
